Nestled in the tranquil embrace of a rural setting, a mere five-minute drive from downtown Decatur, Michigan, our location offers a harmonious blend of serenity and accessibility. The town of Decatur itself provides an assortment of conveniences, from pizza shops and restaurants to barber and beauty establishments, a well-stocked food market, hardware stores, places of worship, and more.

At Twin Doves II LLC, we wholeheartedly embrace an active lifestyle. To ensure seamless accessibility, we facilitate three weekly scheduled rides to the town. Moreover, our residents eagerly anticipate the weekly recreational outing, a delightful highlight that spans visits to the zoo, museums, go-cart tracks, engaging game rooms, dining experiences at local restaurants, invigorating beach excursions, festive county fairs, and an eclectic array of engaging activities. Adding an extra dimension to the resident experience, our noteworthy incentive program offers a $2.00 daily donation for those who diligently adhere to their treatment and/or behavior plans, potentially amounting to a cumulative $14 per week. Notably, each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with complimentary cable TV service and a free 19” TV, a gesture extended to new residents.
